MNC Asset Management Holds National Coordination Meeting

Jakarta, 16 March 2020 - Executive Chairman of MNC Group Hary Tanoesoedibjo (HT) attended the national coordination meeting (rakornas) of PT MNC Asset Management in 2020. On that occasion, HT advised the company to continue to improve performance. The 2020 National Coordination Meeting carries the theme “Dream Big, Work Hard, Make It Happen!”. All MNC Asset Management employees attended the National Coordination Meeting.

HT advised the board of directors and employees of MNC Asset Management to focus on realizing this year´s business strategy amid the threat of a global economic recession due to the COVID-19 corona virus. He encourages employees to improve teamwork.

Specifically, HT requested that the fund management team, especially the back office, be strengthened so that the company is more resilient and disciplined.

"The fund management team has to be proper, the back office has to be a control, if someone doesn´t report it, make a SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). Don´t have an SOP yet, make a SOP," said HT at MNC Financial Center, Jakarta, Monday (16/3/2020).

President Director of MNC Asset Management, Frery Kojongian, said the company will focus on increasing customers, both institutional and retail. One of them is through the MNC Duit application version 2.0.

"Although 2020 is still marked by global uncertainty and the threat of a recession, we are optimistic that MNC Asset Management can increase its managed funds and revenue through the business strategy that has been made by the management and employees of MNC Asset Management in this coordination meeting," said Frery.

He hoped that this coordination meeting could improve internal coordination within MNC Asset Management so that it could work more efficiently between branches.

"Hopefully with this, in the future the work will be more efficient and we will also provide support to our team in conditions like this," he said.

The MNC Asset Management National Coordination Meeting lasted for two days. The first day of the coordination meeting was for all divisions and departments, while the second day the focus of the coordination meeting was on marketing strategies coordinated by the entire sales & marketing team of MNC Asset Management.
